After making payment for your order (with Paytm or Freecharge app) you need to click the Place Order button on the checkout page.

If you have done so, but did not receive any kind of email from Kolkata Traveler within 48 hours, then please contact us by sending an email at [email protected] or visit Support.
I am unable to click the Place Order button on checkout page after making the payment
In case, you are unable to click the Place Order button on the checkout page after making payment due to some reasons like power failure, then you may place the order again by filling out the checkout form. Since you have already made the payment, this time you do not need to pay again. Simply select the mode of payment and enter the mobile number you used to pay us and click Place Order button.
